One item of interest (of interest to me, at least) and that is that when I was charged with conducting an interview once with a Napa Valley grower for an article I was writing for an agricultural publication, in driving from Fresno, I drove on the road that parallels the railroad through Jameson Canyon — a very scenic area in my opinion — and a California Northern freight train going in the opposite direction passed by. It was really a sight for sore eyes! If you ever get the opportunity, the area is worth a visit. Jameson Canyon sits between Napa and Suisun.
Passenger trains between “Novato and Suisun City” would be an awesome addition! I hope all the stars align and it happens!

I might have drove through Jameson Canyon when I visited Napa in 1987. Napa is beautiful and the Napa Valley Wine Train is on my bucket list.
